Refund policy

At Culinify, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns: We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items: The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods
  • Downloadable or digital products
  • Items marked as final sale

How to Request a Return To initiate a return, please contact us at   📧 Culinify.support@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll get back to you within 2–3 business days with instructions.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please reach out through our Contact page.

Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
